Celeb Nudy Pink Circle Lens Review

[Link]

Available: Plano to -10.00
Yearly
BC: 8.6mm
Diameter: 14.5mm
Water Content: 38%

Packaging:

The order came in a large bubble wrap-lined FedEx envelope.  Inside that
was the brown envelope which held the box.  VERY secure!

The box contains a thank you card and a notice about the LV Instagram
selfie contest!

Under the padding are the lenses and cases.  I really like that LensVillage
makes the most of space so that my stuff wasn't rattling around
in a big box or envelope.

Unlike other circle lens shops, LensVillage uses simple cases in different colors.
They have a hint of glitter, too.  I like to color-code which lenses go in which cases,
so these pink lenses went in the pink case

Review:
Regular ol' eyes.

There we go.  I got these lenses with Roxy or Mom Lalonde in mind.
LV was having a sale on several types of lenses from $10-$15,
so I snatched these up to use til I can get my goal pair.

Color:  The pink is subtle, but noticeable.  I really like it!

Pattern: It's not quite a jewel tone, but it reminds me of the opacity.  It blends really well and doesn't obviously show where it meets my actual iris.

Enlargement: Kind of enlarging, but nothing crazy.

Comfort:  Super comfy!

Yeeeeah, super pumped.

I never realized til I got these that the ones I always thought
were pigs were BEARS.  Wow.  So here's a light pink pig and two green bears.

With Lenses

Color:  Much brighter than my other violet lenses.  They show up really well in strong lighting.

Pattern:  Very simple and clean.

Enlargement:  Slightly enlarging, but not extremely.

Comfort:  Barely notice them there after they settle in.

Neo Dali Brown Circle Lenses

BC:  8.6mm
Diameter:  14.2mm
Water Content:  45%
Yearly Lenses

Yeeeeah, super pumped.

I never realized til I got these that the ones I always thought
were pigs were BEARS.  Wow.  So here's a light pink pig and two green bears.

Two ordered pairs and a free gift!
(Which was the Dali Brown lenses.)

Alrighty.

Plain Eyes

Neato.

Here's a close-up of the pattern.  Not bad.

Color:  A nice, dark brown.  Pretty much one-tone.

Pattern:  I can't complain, since they were free.  However, the pattern is extremely simple, and from a few feet away, it just looks like the outer ring of my iris is darker than normal.  If you're going for something subtle, this is for you.  I feel like these are designed to be boosters for eyes of the same color as the contact.

Enlargement:  These aren't very big.  In fact, there's about a millimeter of clear contact between the edge of the pattern and the edge of the contact itself.

Comfort:  These are super delicate!  Much softer than normal, so be very careful handling them, or they might tear.  Other than that, I can barely tell they're in.

Neo Dali lenses are on sale at HoneyColor for US$23.92, so grab them while you can!

Water content:  42%

Color: 10/10  Amazing!  The red is super vibrant.  I needed these for my Dave Strider cosplay, so I had to have something that really stuck out, since his eyes are ridiculously bright red.  I'm stoked to have these now.

Pattern: 9/10  Obviously, they would blend better on darker eyes, but they still look great!

Enlargement:  8/10 Noticeable, but not crazy big.

Comfort: 9/10  Extremely comfortable.

If you hurry, you can still pick up Dolly+ lenses on sale at HoneyColor for $16 AND they’re running a Free Trial Lens Pair with any order special! (My Free Pair was Super Pinky Hazel.) I might just order the few I didn’t get because I love my Dolly+ pairs so much.

Color: 10/10  This is a tricky one.  This color is PERFECT for what I wanted, but may not be for someone seeking a dark brown or natural-ish brown.  The perfect color payoff may also be due to my naturally light eyes.  I wanted something that showed up orange/yellowish for a Bro/Sis/Dirk Strider cosplay, and these
are a million times better than those Orange Manson lenses everyone gets.

Pattern: 9/10  Blends very well.  It would probably be very suitable for dark eyes.

Enlargement:  8/10 Somewhat larger than my normal iris, but not unnaturally.

Comfort: 9/10  Super comfy.

Color:  SUPER dense blue.  The color shows up in any lighting, which is why I went for several colors in the Dolly+ line.

Pattern: 9/10  Blends amazingly with naturally blue eyes.  If you aren't right in my face, they look like it's my own eyes.

Enlargement:  8/10 Not crazy, but definitely a nice difference.

Comfort: 9/10  Hardly noticeable at all.
